CINNAMON FRUIT PORRIDGE
Ingredients 40g whole porridge oats
150-200ml almond or coconut milk or water
1tsp ground cinnamon 1tbsp ground flaxseed 1tbsp mixed seeds 80g berries of your choice
Method 1. Place the oats in a pan and cover with your chosen milk or water. 2. Bring to the boil, then gently simmer, stirring until the porridge thickens and the oats soften. 3. Stir the cinnamon and flaxseed into the porridge before transferring it to a bowl. 4. Scatter the mixed seeds and berries onto the porridge and serve.
