MATCHA BLISS BALLS

Ingredients

¼ cup almonds

¾ cup hazelnuts

¼ unsweetened shredded coconut

2 tablespoons matcha plus extra for dusting

1 tablespoon water

1 teaspoon pure vanilla paste

16 Medjool dates, pitted

Method

1. Place almonds, hazelnut and coconut in a food processor and process until chopped.

2. Add the matcha and pulse a few times to combine.

3. Add the Medjool dates, vanilla paste and water and process until combined.

4. Take heaped teaspoon of mixture and shape into balls.

5. Refrigerate until needed. Dust with matcha to serve.
