This healthy snack recipe will keep you going until lunch time if you start to feel peckish! These yogurt fruit pots are great because not only they are super easy to make, you can also use any of your favourite fruits. This is my personal favourite!
Serves 1
Ingredients
80g raspberries or blackberries or blueberries or passion fruit
1tbsp ground chia or pumpkin or sunflower seeds
100g coconut yogurt (sugar free)
1tbsp flaked almonds
Method
1. Wash the berries, set 4-5 aside to serve. Add the rest of the berries to a bowl and slightly break or mash with a folk. If using passion fruit, cut fruit in half and scoop out the delicious passion fruit pulp and place it in a bowl.
2. Add the ground seeds, stir well together and place the mixture in to a glass.
3. Add the yogurt.
4. Top up the yogurt with flaked almonds and whole berries.
5. Serve
